While larger items like plush toys & apparel are typically made to order. Preorders are held for made to order items so feel free to keep up with us on our socials & discord for preorder updates & announcements!

Oidunno ships out orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 3-6 days for your order to be processed and shipped out for in stock items! Fulfillment is handled in house by a single individual as this is just a small business . We work hard 24/7 to ensure your orders are handled with the utmost care

Please allow 1-2 weeks after shipment for orders within the United States to arrive.

For Canada orders please allow 2-4 weeks.

Please take into account that postal services are still affected by COVID-19. While the times are lengthy it is very much out of our control.

We happily ship orders internationally from the USA, however some exclusions may apply.

Due to COVID-19 and other unrelated service disruptions, USPS has currently suspended international mail shipments to the following countries linked on their website, we strongly advise you to check beforehand.

Before purchasing please contact your local post office to see if you are able to receive packages from the US at these times. Please refrain from placing an order if you cannot receive packages from the United States.

Depending on which country you are in, these fees may vary, but customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees and taxes implemented by the country you reside in upon delivery of your shipping carriers.

Depending on the product and quantity of preorders placed, preorders can be received within a time frame of 1 week to 2 months.

Once preorders arrive they will be immediately processed and prepped to be sent out ASAP.
